Looking to sell or rent your property to a targeted audience? UNMC and UNO students, staff, researchers, alumni and supporters of the university are excellent prospects. Only by listing your property on this Real Estate With Honors site, or listing your property with a participating Real Estate With Honors brokerage or management company, will your property be marketed on this website and through special promotions and marketing at university events.

Individual owners and landlords may list their FSBO and FRBO properties on this site. However, like all other Real Estate With Honors participants, you must complete an application, due diligence and interview prior to acceptance. There is a $50 one-time application fee and a $50 monthly listing fee per property, payable by credit card only. Current students, staff members and employees of the University of Nebraska Medical Center, University of Nebraska Omaha, UNMC Physicians and the Nebraska Medical Center receive a 50% discount on their listing fee to just $25 per month. Their application fee is also waived.

If your property is listed with or managed by a participating Real Estate With Honors brokerage or management company there is no application fee, listing fee, or application process in order for your property to be listed on this site.

If you are an individual with a For Sale By Owner or For Rent By Owner property and wish to list it on this website, please click and download ONE VERSION of each of the following forms. Real Estate With Honors, Crew Innovations, Inc., the University of Nebraska Medical Center and the University of Nebraska Omaha accept NO responsibility for any commissions or referral fees due to any real estate agent or broker resulting from the sale or lease of any property submitted to this service.
