Welcome to Midtown Omaha!  We think you'll find Midtown a diverse, exciting, and vibrant place to live, work, and play. 

 Urban Village Development owns, renovates, and operates a number of apartment buildings in Midtown Omaha.  All of our buildings are conveniently located minutes from UNMC.  In the past 6 months we have re-opened 4 extensively renovated buildings, featuring 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments, all in Midtown.  In the coming months we will be opening 2 great new buildings, all of which have be rebuilt from the inside-out to bring modern living conveniences to historic buildings.
